Our nurse practitioners are available to provide the following services:
- Initial comprehensive diagnostic assessment
- Psychiatric intervention and monitoring
- Pharmacological services
- Coordination of care w/pcp’s, counselors, and specialists
Individual And Family Counseling Services
Psychotherapy / counseling services are available to individuals, couples, or family units. We are flexible in our approach to treatment, in order to provide a treatment modality that best meets the needs of our clients.
Our solution-focused services help children and their families find practical solutions to complex problems including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Anger control
- Behavioral problems
- Adjustment to family changes including divorce, remarriage, death, birth of a new sibling, relocation, etc.
- Learning limitations / disabilities
- Sibling conflicts
- Peer relationships
Case Management Services
Assists individuals with severe mental illness by locating services in the community.
Eligible individuals meet with a Case Manager to determine specific needs through customized service plans including the following areas:
- Psychiatric
- Medical/Physical health
- Financial
- Housing
- Vocational / Educational
- Basic living skills
- Legal issues
Community-Based Rehabilitation Services
Services are offered to adults. A comprehensive, skills building model is used to work with individuals in the community. Our model of services is custom tailored to each client, helping them to eliminate the dysfunction in their lives. We are a curriculum driven service provider subscribing to some of the most effective evidence-based treatments available.
